Saudi Arabia has rejected a place in the Security Council because the council can not solve the war.

Word from the strict Islamic country. "The kingdom (Saudi Arabia) shows that the methods and mechanisms and the double standard of the Security Council to prevent the board can really bear the responsibility for world peace," said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the state news agency SPA.

The country will only serve on the board if reforms are implemented, but has not made clear what those reforms should include.
